This Equine Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of , (“the Effective Date”) by and among , having its place of business located at , having its place of business located at and Nexus Polo, LLC, A Florida limited liability company, having its principal place of business located at (the “Agent”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).

Upon the execution of this Agreement, the Purchaser shall provide a non-refundable deposit to Nexus Polo LLC. in the amount of $ in the form of U.S. dollars (the “Deposit”). Purchaser shall pay Nexus Polo LLC. the sum of $ for the Horse(s) in United States Dollars (the “Purchase Price”) and at time of closing the Deposit shall be deducted from the Purchase Price. Purchaser shall pay the Purchase Price in cash, and deliver it to Nexus Polo LLC. by wire transfer to the following account within two (2) days of the Effective Date: Upon delivery of the horse 7% commission from Purchaser and Owner shall be deposited to Nexus Polo LLC. Using the following wiring information.
Upon Nexus Polo LLC. receipt of the full Purchase Price from Purchaser, Owner or Owner’s Agent shall transfer possession of the Horse to Purchaser or Purchaser’s Agent, pursuant to the Bill of Sale attached hereto as Exhibit A, at the place where the Horse is located as of the Effective Date, or at any other another location agreed to by the Parties in writing. If the Owner and the Purchaser determine to deliver the Horse to any location other than at the place where the Horse is located as of the Effective Date, then in such event the Purchaser shall be solely responsible for any and all shipping and delivery costs.

As the person signing below on behalf of the Purchaser, I understand that any warranties or representations from the Owner or the Owner’s agent that I am relying upon in acquiring this Horse, including warranties or representations with respect to the horse’s age, medical condition, prior medical treatments, and the existence of any liens or encumbrances, should be expressly stated in writing as part of this bill of sale. I further hereby confirm that I am the Purchaser of this Horse, or the Purchaser’s duly authorized agent, and I am authorized to enter into this Agreement.
